Ok, the tough question.
WARNING:  If you try on a piece of merchandise and it is treated with respect that is one thing. If it does not fit, take it off. Leave any labels attached, place it back in covering the way your received it.   If you wear it, ride with it, play with it, disrespect it, it cannot  be exchanged.
We are not a "Retail Business," please understand this.  If you are a Merchant or a Re-Seller, there are no returns, what so ever.  No, Returns, No Exchanges, No Exceptions!!  As a merchant you can put it on the rack, play with the price until it sells.

If you are a passing web rider that stumbled on us, we will accept an "Exchange Only," under these conditions. "Leather Only"

All labels must be attached and the merchandise must come back in the same condition as received.  The merchandise must be treated with respect.  We will only do a size exchange (As in life variables may exist).  Our leather is good stuff.


The normal complaint we have is size.
Normally what has happened is that the customer did not follow the guidelines we gave them.
On pants,  it is critical that one measure their waist at the belt line.  Our pants are true to size within a 1/2 size.  Do not rely on the size of pants that you bought in the store.  Store-bought pants are almost always undersized from two to four sizes.  People find this hard to believe but it is true.  You must measure your waist.
This under sizing game has been played for years by corporate America, and it's a long story.

On the jackets we would have to know which model number you were interested in, plus your weight, height,  waist size and any special characteristics like exceptional long arms.   The size suit or sport jacket you wear can be helpful.

This way we could tell you if it is cut to size or whether you would need to move up one size or so. Another problem is that some people like a very tight fit and some like additional room.  This can create a slight fit problem.  We cannot guess a preference like this.

With this information our leather almost always fits.

Otherwise, there is a $12 per item restocking fee, plus any additional USPS or UPS mailing cost. We do not like to charge this, but because of our prices, and the additional labor such as data entry, restocking, packaging,  mailing, paperwork, etc.  we must.   It all adds up. You would not believe how many people have ordered the pant size they bought in the store, even after I told them how important it is to measure their waist at the belt line.  They finally measure their waist after they tell us that our pants are sized wrong.  At this point they are usually surprised to find out the truth.

Sorry for the long response but that is the way it is.
